Shipping and Delivery

1. The way to ship

We ship all merchandise internationally from Tokyo, using Japan Post e-Packet shipping. 

2. Where we ship

Unfortunately due to postal restrictions caused by COVID, we are currently only sending green tea to Singapore, United Kingdom and within Japan. We hope to be able to deliver tea to our customers in other markets as soon as these restrictions are lifted.

3. Cost of shipping

It depends on your region, country and the value of your order. We offer free shipping for all orders over ¥6,000 (US$60). For orders under ¥6,000 we offer a discounted fixed rate of ¥500 (US$5) for all shipments. 

If you add the merchandise into your cart, the cost is calculated automatically depending on your cart value. 

4. Delivery time

All orders ship out of our Tokyo headquarters within two business days. The shipment takes approximately 7 to 13 days to reach you (please note that there currently may be delays due to COVID-19).

5. Taxes and Duties

For purchases outside of Japan, the prices shown do not include custom duties, import charges or local taxes. In a lot of cases these will not apply to purchases, but it depends on the laws and thresholds of the origin country. Customers should be aware that these additional costs may be applied by their country. We do not charge taxes including consumption tax outside of Japan, and unfortunately cannot take responsibility regarding any local custom charges or tax issues. 

6. Cancellation policy

We are unable to accept any cancellation to your order except for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped merchandise.
